What is a Florida Bay case ID?
Every ban and blacklist - whether it came from Discord, the network, or in-game - gets one stable ID like FB-00000042. It shows up in your DMs, the staff logs, and the member portal, so everyone is talking about the same record.
How do I appeal a ban?
Sign in to the member portal with Discord, open Punishments, and choose Appeal next to the case. Staff review it in a private ticket, and an approved appeal lifts the ban automatically.
How do I get help from staff?
Open a ticket from the support panel in Discord or from the portal. Both create the same private channel, and you can follow its status on the website.
